A Family Legacy Built on Italian Tradition
Patrizia's was founded in 1991 in the Bronx by brothers Giacomo and Gennaro Alaio. Born in Naples, the brothers grew up in the restaurant business, working at their father's pizza shop after school and spending summers in Italy learning the craft. That foundation built something that now spans 18 locations across New York, New Jersey, South Florida, and Aruba.
Patrizia's Waterfront is the latest chapter, a full-service upscale dining experience set along the Intracoastal in Hallandale Beach, led by owner Emerson Insfran and Executive Chef and partner Sammy Anthony.

Every Patrizia's location runs on the same principles — prime-cut meats, imported Italian products, fresh seafood, and handmade pastas made daily. No shortcuts. Executive Chef Sammy Anthony leads the kitchen at the Waterfront, bringing years of experience building the Patrizia's brand to every plate that leaves the kitchen.
From our signature Parmesan Wheel Fettuccine finished tableside to our Butcher's Table prime steaks and fresh catch, every dish reflects the standard Patrizia's has maintained for over 30 years.
